To streamline the ordering process and ensure timely delivery of your customized apparel, we operate with multiple order windows, each with specific open and close dates. Keep an eye on your team store for upcoming order windows. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with your order.
PICK UP: Sports teams orders, by default, will be delivered to team practices and be available for pick up. You will receive notification once your order is completed and available for pick up. LOCAL DELIVERY: Available for larger bulk orders, such as those from businesses and schools. SHIPPING: USPS & UPS shipping coming soon
Our standard turnaround time is typically 10 business days, though we make every effort to complete orders sooner. For team stores, this timeline begins from the close date of the store's order window.
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our apparel items, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a defect.
